At the ACC Championships Anima Banks had a hand in 21 of Duke’s 66 total points. The senior captured the silver medal in the 1500M with a 6-second PR of 4:14.67, the second fastest time in school history. A little over an hour later Banks came back to narrowly miss the win in the 800 with a new PR of 2:02.50. Her time secures a spot on the starting line at this summer’s Olympic Trials.

Madison Granger finished 5th in the 1500 with a 2-second PR of 4:18.67, making her the 5th fastest in school history.

Olivia Anderson grabbed 5th place in the 3k Steeplechase with a time of 10:29. All three of these athletes will be competing in the NCAA East Regional Meet in Jacksonville, FL next week.


Loyola University:

Sarah Askine grabbed points in the 1500M with an 8th place performance and massive 8-second PR of 4:36.55.

Mary Ellen Woods recorded a 2-second PR in the 800 with a time of 2:16.77.

Mary Sutton grabbed a PR and 13th place finish in the 3k Steeplechase.


Monmouth University:

At the ECAC/IC4A Championships, the 4×800 meter relay team of Allie Wilson, Jenna Cupp, Kendal Hand, and Tionna Garner grabbed the win and shattered the school record with a time of 8:42.93. 


Xavier University:

Maddie Britton becomes the first Xavier athlete since 2014 to qualify for the NCAA Regional Meet in Jacksonville FL, thanks to her 10k time of 34:48 at the Penn Relays.


Wisconsin – La Crosse:

Cyrus Mason broke the 12-year-old school record in the 800 at the UWL Qualifier Meet. His time of 1:50.04 ranks 6th in Division 3. Teammate Sam Hinz also recorded a PR in the 800 with a time of 1:51.85.

Tom Linner ran to a PR in the 1500 with Division 3’s 12th fastest time of 3:49.03.

Matt Eidenschink recorded a new PR in the 3k Steeplechase with a time of 9:08 that ranks him 18th in D3.


Westtown School:

Ryan O’Donnell ran to a PR and 4th place finish in the 3200 with a time of 9:59 at the PAISAA Championship meet.



At the Olympic Conference Championships Mark Miller ran to a 2nd place finish in the 1600 with a time of 4:29.

Kara Bonner ran to a 2nd place finish in the 1600 as well with a time of 5:14.

Claire Rankin took the win and a new PR in the 3200, and teammate Georgia Larzelere registered a new PR in the 800 with her 4th place time of 2:23.38.



Seneca Valley’s Mike Kolor grabbed a pair of gold medals in the District 7 Championships with a comfortable 4:13 1600M and 1:54.12 800M with a major negative split.

Germantown Academy’s Owen Ritz was 3rd in the mile at the PAISAA Championships with a time of 4:27. Ritz came back 45 minutes later to win the 3200 in 9:38.

Rachel Villari grabbed a new PR in the 800 with a 4th place finishing time of 2:20.40.
