Deb is in her 9th year as a head coach for the Saint Mary’s High School cross-country and track programs. Her approach to coaching includes the latest in running sciences, constantly evolving her technique as new methods and technologies likewise evolve. In turning her career path more towards this end, Deb completed the Muscle Activation Techniques™ (MAT) Internship program, gaining her certification to practice in early 2012. MAT is an emergent technique to improve muscular contractile ability to increase stability, and gives her the opportunity to help active people of all levels, recreational or elite, enjoy healthy, injury free activity with optimal performance and improved recovery time. An inherently optimistic and motivating person, her greatest satisfaction lies in helping others reach their active potential. Thus, when one of her older daughters ran for Villanova University, Deb became intrigued with GO! Athletics physiological testing and application, System Based Training™, that she learned about through Sydney. She is excited to be a resource for GO! Athletics and SBT in Colorado, and looks forward to marketing and supporting the program among the active Colorado athletes. Deb is an avid recreational runner, and can often be found running her favorite trails and parks throughout Colorado.
